Doctor-Patient Communication Teleconference Series

Overview

The three-part Doctor-Patient Communication teleconference series helped organizations understand how to make and sustain improvements in their Patient Assessment Survey (PAS) doctor-patient communication scores. This teleconference series taught participants how to:

  • Develop an effective training program to improve PAS scores
  • Apply techniques to engage physicians and improve communication skills at their practices
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of their training program
  • Test and implement strategies in physician practices and sustain improvements over time
