Overview

The four-part Advanced Access teleconference series helped organizations understand how to implement this scheduling program, which allows patients to see their own doctor much more quickly. This teleconference series taught participants how to:

  • Measure and match supply and demand
  • Increase supply (without working longer)
  • Influence patient demand
  • Work down patient backlog
  • Simplify appointment types
