Overview

Inland Quality Collaborative offers quarterly in-person sessions following the regional California Association of Physician Groups (CAPG) meetings in Riverside for physician groups, MSOs, and health plans in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.  Sessions facilitate peer-to-peer learning and summarize key breakthroughs from local physician groups and other local healthcare organizations to share experiences for improving clinical care and patient satisfaction.  Topics are driven by participants in the network ranging from Patient Self-Management Support, Improving Diabetes Care, to Disease Management Programs and HCC Coding.
