Overview

This is a three-part IHI web-based program that will provide you with a framework to begin testing ways to reduce avoidable visits to the ED in your organization. Read more about the program by clicking here.

You will be onsite with other groups, which gives you the opportunity to learn from and network with individuals who are working on the same problem using the same framework that you are. After each web conference, CQC will facilitate a discussion about the call and steps to take during the action period.

Status

The program consists of three sessions:

• Thursday, May 13, 2010 - 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
• Thursday, May 27, 2010 - 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
• Tuesday, June 15, 2010 - 10:00 am - 12:30 pm
