Overview

The ABC's of Quality Improvement (QI) is a free one-day workshop offered throughout California for staff working in public and private delivery systems.  It provides an introduction to effectively conduct improvements in outpatient practice.  The workshop is co-sponsored by the California Quality Collaborative (CQC) and the California Improvement Network (CIN).

Objectives

• Learn how to set achievable goals for your improvement projects
• Design ways to collect and graph data to measure your progress
• Learn how to select and test changes
• Learn how to work with a team to get the work done
