Overview

The Techniques to Engage Physicians workshop is a one-day workshop to learn effective methods for engaging physicians in improving care.  The workshop includes how to present data, prepare physicians and team members for change, and conduct successful physician contacts and visits.

Objectives

• Understand the key principles to successfully engage physicians in improving care
• Practice and integrate proven communication techniques
• Learn how to prepare for and follow up after quality improvement meetings
• Review the importance of team members throughout the process of change
