2009 Highlights & Accomplishments

In 2009, 689 leaders from 86 physician organizations, caring for a total of 4,765,040 HMO enrollees, attended on-site CQC training programs to improve clinical quality, patient experience or cost of care.  CQC offered 14 on-site days and 20 teleconferences in 2009 through a combination of year-long and one-day programs.  Participating physician organizations support practices caring for millions more PPO, FFS Medicare and Medi-Cal patients.
